Agreement and Signature
Scholarship Award recipients will be notified via email by WiT. Please be sure to add info@womenintoys.com to your safe sender list.

Upon award confirmation, recipients are required to provide their hi-resolution head shot to be used in WiT marketing materials.

Recipients will be paid directly via ACH direct deposit, and are required to provide their W9 and banking information (bank name, account number, routing number) before funds are disbursed.

By submitting this application, I affirm that the facts set forth in it are true and complete. I understand that the submission of this application does not confirm any award from The WiT Foundation, but rather is a submission of my profile as a potential candidate that will be reviewed by Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment/The WiT Foundation for award consideration.
