When you enter a delegate’s name and email, that delegate will automatically receive an email containing their portal login information. Through their portal account, they will be able to complete their profile and provide details such as dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, and other updates.
You may submit this registration form even if you do not yet have all delegate names. Once your registration is complete, you will be able to return to your delegate portal and add or update delegate information (this functionality will become available shortly after launch).
Delegate substitutions are permitted until February 4, 2026 at 11:59 AM. After that date, substitutions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and dietary restrictions or allergy accommodations may not be guaranteed for the substituted delegate.
