Cardinal In Flight Scholarship Application
POB Alumni Association is proud to create the Phillip O. Berry “Cardinal in Flight” Scholarship Fund in partnership with Joy Berry, Phillip O. Berry's daughter, to honor Mr. Berry's legacy for future generations of Cardinals. The Fund will strive to support current Berry Seniors who exemplify academic resilience and determination to continue their studies. Applicant must be a current senior at Phillip O. Berry Academy of Technology, must have a 2.0 minimum GPA (or a “C” average), must demonstrate personal and academic development during their time at POB and desire to continue their education within but not limited to the following institutions: Community collegeVocational/ trade schoolMilitary or armed forces. Application Deadline is Monday April 6th, 2026 at 11:59pm. You will be notified via email by May 1st, 2026 regarding the status of your application.If you have any questions about the application, please email The Scholarship Committee at pobaa.alumni@gmail.com. Questions will not be accepted after April 6th, 2026. Personal Essay. Essay must be 500 words max, double-spaced, 12 pt / Arial font. Essay shall contain no grammatical errors.
