PRICING INCLUDES ALL CLASSES, ACCOMMODATIONS AND MEALS:

2026 Fees:

Shared Suite Locanda (4 people) € 1,995

The Family suite has two bedrooms and a shared bath. There will be two people in each room, and a shared bathroom. Beds can be a double or two twins.

Double Standard Locanda (2 people) € 2400

2 people in one room with an ensuite bathroom. Beds can be a double or two twins.

Shared Family Suite Locanda (2 people) € 2650

The Family suite has two bedrooms and a shared bath. Each person will have their own room and share the bathroom. 

Private Accommodation Locanda € 3280

Single Room with ensuite bathroom (Space is limited)

The Appartments at Nella's: 

This property is a short walk uphill from the Locanda. Pricing as above based on occupancy. i.e. apartment #1 can be 2 singles (each person has own bedroom and bathroom) or standard double (2 people in each room, sharing a bathroom) etc. 

1. Apartamento Bracteata: 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom with kitchen and living room.

2. Apartamento Peonie: has an entrance with a big table, one double

bedroom, a small living room with a kitchen.

3. La Dependence Banksiae: Stand alone 'casita' with Double Room with a bathroom

 

Casa la Valle B&B: 

This is a property further up the road from the Locanda and Nella's. Because of this, this locaion is recommended for those comfortable walking on a a dirt road up and down hill, or those who have a car.

Pricing is based on shared occupancy up to 2 or 3 pepole in a room: € 1600.

Main House: There are three rooms, 2 have 3 beds, 1 has 2. There is a large bedroom upstairs with an ensuite bathroom and two rooms downstairs that share a bathroom. All rooms share a small kitchen area and patio. 

Downstairs Room:  This is just below the main house and is a double room with a patio with private bathroom, with the option of adding a single bed. *Note: this can be booked as a single also, please inquire about pricing.

A non-refundable deposit of € 400 will secure your space. 

Travel costs are not included. 

Travel Insurance that covers the FULL cost of your trip, including the cost of the workshop, is STRONGLY ADVISED. We cannot provide refunds for circumstances out of our control.

Payment Schedule 2026:

DEPOSIT: Upon registration a deposit of €400 Euros is due

• This Non-refundable Deposit secures your space and is applied to your total tuition. 
• The balance of your tuition is due March 1st 2026,
• Fees received after March 1st will increase by an additional €100 Euro but must be paid by April 1st 2026**(please see cancellation policy)

 

The Tuscany Project Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel before March 1st 2026:
  • The balance of the tuition will be refunded:
    • Total paid, less your non-refundable deposit of €400 Euros
  • For cancellations After April 1st, 2026:
    • No refunds unless you find a replacement student before April 30th, 2026.

Payment Information

The Tuscany Project takes place in Europe and enrolls students from many countries, therefore all payments must be paid in Euro via bank transfer, Visa or Mastercard. A payment link will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration form. Because of the high cost of credit card processing fees, we ask that you pay by bank transfer if possible.

I have read and understand the cancellation policy as stated in this document.

The Tuscany Project reserves the right to cancel the workshop and/or to make changes in schedule, the faculty, number of faculty members and any other aspect of the workshop should the circumstances demand. (Including, but not limited to, the workshop not filling to minimum capacity.) The project's responsibility is limited to a refund of deposit and tuition fees already paid.

 Insurance:

I acknowledge that I have sufficient medical insurance (either state or private insurance) that covers any medical event that may occur on, or as the result of the trip and/or workshop.  

I acknowledge that I have been advised by the organizers of The Tuscany Project to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellation fees associated with airfare or other non-refundable expenses of the workshop as well as insurance for emergency medical or travel expenses incurred on the trip and/or in the workshop. 

 

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I am registering to participate in the 2026 summer program known as "The Tuscany Project” of my own free will and accord.  I have been fully informed of the content of the program. I acknowledge that the Tuscany Project, its leaders, organizers, and hosts are acting as facilitators and organizers only and have made no legal commitment, express or implied, which constitute either a contract or a guarantee to me regarding my participation in the program. I release the organizers, leaders and personnel at The Locanda del Gallo from any claims by me, whether for financial reasons, negligence, due to any loss or injury which I may incur as the result of my participation in this program.
