Hotel:
VARJ has a room block at the Marriott Oceanfront at a $215/night rate - resort fee is waived upon check-in. Click here to reserve your room. Group rate is no longer available after March 5, 2026 or once block is full and all reservations on March 5th will be confirmed and subject to a one-night cancellation fee. *Once you click the link, select your arrival & departure date then click “check availability”.
We also have a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites at $215/night for those who desire a Hilton property. This location is connected to the conference hotel and rooms can be booked here. Group rate is no longer available after March 5, 2026 or once block is full and all reservations on March 5th will be confirmed and subject to a one-night cancellation fee.
Parking: Self parking is available onsite at $20 per car per night for overnight guests. Day parking available for $3 per hour. *Rates may change at the discretion of the hotel at any time.
Exhibitor Move-In Hours:
Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM
All exhibits must be completely installed by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 1, 2026.
Exhibitor Hours:
Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Exhibitor Move-Out Hours:
Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
All equipment & exhibit materials must be completely removed from the show floor by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
Display Furniture:
Each vendor will be supplied with 1 - topped table and 2 chairs. Diamond and Platinum partners will receive two tables for a "large" exhibit space.
