AUS Cash Box & Square Request Form
Any AUS department that is requesting a cash box or to use the Square for a sale or event must submit this form at least 5 business days in advance of the sale. To collect cash as a payment method for any kind of event or sale, AUS departments MUST request a cash box to collect the revenue; departments may never collect cash revenue without an AUS cash box. Only AUS departments/journals are allowed to request cash boxes or the use of the Square. All cash boxes, as well as the Square, must be returned to the office by end of business day. If the sale spans multiple days, cash boxes and the Square must be returned at the end of each day and picked up the subsequent morning.
