THE 2026 PROGRAM:
The new program will have restaurants create a custom 3 course meal (starter, main, and dessert) to offer at a choice of 2 two different price points per person served every day your restaurant is open in March.
A Three Course Meal (starter, main, dessert) at choice of price points:
- $35: ideal for getting a high volume of diners
- $55: value driven for repeat diners
- Both: you can choose to offer 2 menus, one per price point, for maximum exposure
Requirements for participation:
- Restaurants must sign up with their menus and photos by January 20th, 2026.
- Be a full service restaurant located in the city of Portland. Full service defined as a server coming to the table.
- Provide a value to customers at three-courses for $35 or $55 for dinner every day you are open in March.
- Report your number of PDM dishes sold in March and your year over year sales by the first week of April.
- This is a free program to you, the only cost would be to provide two, $70 gift certificates to Portland Dining Month by January 20th, 2026. These are used for media.
