Booth Details

Covering the privilege (but not the exclusive privilege) of the following operation at the 2026 Westerner Days July 15-19, 2026, subject to the Rules, Regulations and Conditions governing the exhibits at Westerner Park which I/we acknowledge are attached hereto and form part of this agreement. This application does not guarantee space, a confirmation will be sent to each applicant upon approval.
Visual Requirements
- All food trucks must be fully skirted, with skirting that fits securely and provides a clean, finished appearance on all exposed sides.
- Vendors will be required to indicate whether their unit has proper skirting in place as part of the application.
- Units that arrive without appropriate skirting or that do not meet visual standards may be denied entry or required to make immediate adjustments before operating.
Power Requirements
- Vendors must provide accurate power usage in amps for all equipment that will be used on-site.
- Each vendor is responsible for bringing a minimum 100 ft extension cord that is rated appropriately for their electrical load.
- Failure to provide accurate power requirements or proper extension cords may result in delays or inability to connect to event power.
Please list ALL menu items that you will sell in your booth with pricing (only items listed may be approved)/ Prices including gst.*Please note that other vendors may be approved and have some of the same menu items.* This is at the discretion of WP although we will make our best effort to space out or limit similar vendors.*
