Deposit- A $100 deposit is required to book your appointment. This is to hold your spot and compensate me for some of my time in the case of a no call no show. If you choose to do an in person consultation first, you will pay the deposit only in the event that you choose to book the tattoo appointment. There is a $3.10 processing fee. A deposit form link (PayPal) will be sent to your email when I am ready to book you. Your deposit will come off the total price of your tattoo so it is not an extra cost, but it is non refundable and non transferable. You will forfeit your deposit if you reschedule more than once, no call no show, if you cancel your appointment or give less than 48 hr notice to reschedule.* This field is required.You will see these again on the deposit form if you are selected.

Consultation-Would you like to book an in person consultation first? This form works very well as a consultation, but if you are wanting something large scale or you just want to establish comfortability and trust we can meet in person to chat about your ideas, go over reference photos together, as well as discuss my ideas for your piece. In the event of a no call no show, rescheduling maximum, cancellation of your appointment, or you give less than 48 hr notice to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeit as compensation for my time and you will need to put down another deposit to re-book your appointment.* This field is required.As a policy I do not contact no call no shows. I send out reminders and it is your responsibility to make it to your appointment.

I do not send out any designs. Your appointment time includes any minor changes you would like to make to your design if possible. If you would like to make any major changes, we may need to reschedule depending on time, but you will not be pressured into getting a design you don't want. I will always work with you to create your vision and I absolutely understand the fear when it’s your first time working with a tattoo artist. Trust, consent, and comfort are so important to me and I work very hard to build that environment with each of you. I draw for all appointments the evening before. If you have any hesitations that I can create a design you will love, please understand I may not be the right artist for you and that is absolutely ok.* This field is required.

Tattoo Style- Listed below are the only styles that I will tattoo. I do color and black and grey so you can choose either. If you do not see the style you are interested in below, I do not tattoo in that style. If you choose black and grey we will discuss darkness and types of shading. For example: I do not do large realism, or water color (splashes of color, paint strokes, etc.).* This field is required.

Gimme the deets. Please give a brief description (see example in box below) of the piece you want. As I stated earlier the way I draw does not change only the subject matter does. NOTE: Your reference photos may not be in the order you attached them so when referencing them here please use descriptors instead of titles or numbers. I create each piece with the same amount of care no matter the meaning.
