2026 Duluth Airshow Vendor Registration

Outdoor DISPLAY Space:
The outdoor display space will be sold on a first come first serve basis. The cost for a 10 x 10 area is $1,000 and you must provide your own tent and/or shelter. For each additional 10’ area you require an additional $500 shall be charged. Please note this is a display exhibit only and you are not allowed to sell any items. You are also required to provide your own power should you require that for your space. If you are a 501c3 nonprofit we do offer a 25% discount on the cost.

Outdoor VENDOR Space:
The outdoor vendor space is sold on a first come first serve basis and is in high demand. The cost for a 10’ x 10’ vendor area is $1,000. For each additional 10’ area you require will be an additional $750. Please check with us on availability of this space as we need to make sure what you’re selling is not a violation of any pre-existing concessions agreement in place during the Duluth Airshow. You are also required to provide your own power should you require that for your space

Indoor VENDOR / DISPLAY Space:
The Indoor Vendor Space will be sold on a first come first serve basis, and is simply an 10 x 10 area for you to set up your indoor tent or display inside our Main Hangar. The cost is $1,000 for the 10 x 10 space and each additional 10’ of frontage across the front is discounted to $500 per 10’ increment. We provide one table and two chairs but you must provide your own display or tent. There is also electricity available so if you do require power there is an additional charge of $25 dollars for the weekend and must denote that below.

Preferred Exhibitor Space

This is an ideal program for measuring product awareness and reaching thousands of daily event attendees from your high-traffic location. Preferred Exhibitors are given a high-profile space during the event, which includes booth space for both days of the show! Please contact us for rates and availability at 218-628-9996.

Registration Forms are submitted via Jot Form.  You will receive a submission successful screen once it is submitted.

PAYMENT METHODS: Electronic payment is preferred.  Upon receipt of registration submission an email will be sent via Quick Books link with an invoice to the email address provided for the Billing/Accounts Payable POC.  Payment can then be made securely with the invoice link.

All payments will be due within 30 days of registration submission.

This is a rain or shine event and will not be cancelled.

*Payments are non-refundable in the event the vendor cancels or does not show up.

1.  CONSENT. I acknowledge that I have requested a vendor space for the Duluth Air and Aviation Expo in or at the 2026 DULUTH AIRSHOW, produced by Kern and Kompany. I agree that I will not be paid for my services and will not necessarily be covered by Duluth Airshow’s insurance in case of an injury. I further agree that my vendor space may be terminated at any time by the DULUTH AIRSHOW.

2.  ASSUMPTION OF RISK.  Being a vendor in the Event involves potentially hazardous activities that may include risks such as, but not limited to, falls, contusions, pulled muscles, contact with participants and effects of weather. In consideration of being allowed to Vendor, I hereby expressly assume all risks, including personal injury and death arising out of my Vendor space. I am solely responsible for my own health and safety and represent that I am physically fit and able to be a vendor for the DULUTH AIRSHOW. I further agree that I will not operate any automobile for any purpose related to my Vendor space. I am also aware of the risk of the highly contagious nature of bacterial and viral diseases including the 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), influenza and other infectious diseases (collectively, the "Disease") and the risk that I may be exposed to or contract the Disease by engaging in the Event, which may result in serious illness.

3.  RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION.  I agree, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, to not sue and to release, indemnify and hold harmless, the Duluth Air and Aviation Expo, its affiliates, officers, directors, Vendors and employees, and all sponsoring businesses and organizations and their agents and employees (collectively "Duluth Airshow Sponsors"), from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever, arising directly or indirectly out of my vendor space for the Event —whether it results from the negligence of the DULUTH AIRSHOW, other attendees at the Event or from any other cause.

4.  PHOTOGRAPH AND RECORDING AUTHORIZATION. I authorize the use, copyright, or publication of my name, image, or voice from being a vendor in the Event as may be captured by photograph or recording in any medium ("recordings") for promotional purposes related to Duluth Airshow's mission and this Event, including illustration, promotion, or advertisement. As a condition of Vendor space, I grant Duluth Airshow a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty- free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, publicly perform, and create a derivative work from the recordings, including display on the Duluth Airshow website, without any attribution or compensation, with the goal to promote and support the Duluth Airshow mission. Examples of promotion and mission related activities include, but are not limited to social media, media relations, consumer relations, donor relations, and storytelling.

This agreement is meant to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the State in which the Event is conducted.

If any portion of it is invalid, the balance will continue in full force and effect.

BY SIGNING, I ADMIT THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL THE TERMS OF THIS CONSENT, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION, AND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE DULUTH AIRSHOW.

*NOTE: All Vendors must provide their own insurance if necessary.
