  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Fil-Am Spring Fest 2026, one of the largest Filipino-American cultural festivals in Northern Virginia.

    Event Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026
    Event Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Location: 11750 Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax, VA 22033
    (Parking Lot – in front of Macy’s Furniture)

    Application Process: (Please Read)

    • Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance.
    • Applications are reviewed within 7–10 business days.
    • We may contact you if clarification is needed.
    • Approved vendors will receive an approval email with next steps and payment instructions.
    • Vendor categories may be limited or closed early to maintain balance.

    NOTE: Application Fee & Clean-Up Compliance Deposit

    A $50 deposit is required to submit this application.

    • If your application is not approved, the $50 will be refunded.
    • If your application is approved, the $50 becomes your Clean-Up Compliance Deposit.
    • This deposit is refunded after the event only if your booth area is:
      • Clean
      • Trash-free
      • Undamaged
    • Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after the event

    Important:

    The $1.99 convenience fee covers payment processing costs and is non-refundable.
    If your application is not approved, the $50 deposit may be refunded less any non-refundable processing fees.
    If your application is approved, the deposit becomes a Clean-Up Compliance Deposit and will be refunded via Zelle or check only after post-event inspection.
