Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Fil-Am Spring Fest 2026, one of the largest Filipino-American cultural festivals in Northern Virginia.

Event Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 11750 Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax, VA 22033
(Parking Lot – in front of Macy’s Furniture)

Application Process: (Please Read)
- Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Applications are reviewed within 7–10 business days.
- We may contact you if clarification is needed.
- Approved vendors will receive an approval email with next steps and payment instructions.
- Vendor categories may be limited or closed early to maintain balance.
NOTE: Application Fee & Clean-Up Compliance Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to submit this application.
- If your application is not approved, the $50 will be refunded.
- If your application is approved, the $50 becomes your Clean-Up Compliance Deposit.
- This deposit is refunded after the event only if your booth area is:
  - Clean
  - Trash-free
  - Undamaged
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after the event

Liability Insurance (Required for Food Vendors)*
Insurance is required for food vendors only. If approved, food vendors must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Fil-Am FEST Inc. and the event venue as Additional Insured.
Preferred Booth Location
Vendors may indicate a preferred location.Booth placement is subject to availability and based on event layout, safety, category balance, and operations.Prime booth areas are limited and may require an additional fee if approved.Selecting a prime area does not guarantee placement.
All standard booths are 10′×10′. Premium placement and add-on space options are limited and will be offered after vendor approvals on a first-available basis. Selecting an option below does not guarantee availability or reserve a spot. Pricing shown is an estimate and subject to final confirmation.
