The AREMA Educational Foundation is a tax-exempt charitable organization established by the American RailwayEngineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA) to promote educational activities related to railway engineering. The Foundation provides scholarshipsto to engineering students who are specializing in the railway industry and supports other educational and training endeavors that help to ensure the future of the profession. Contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible as charitable contributions from U.S.taxpayers to the extent allowed by law. The Foundation is also able to accept corporate contributions, gifts and bequests.
