  • Librarians, school media specialists, administrators, and library school students from across the state are invited to submit proposals for poster sessions at the 2026 NJLA/NJASL Annual Conference on February 18 and February 19. Poster sessions feature innovative library program ideas, success stories, research studies, problem solving and more!

Poster sessions may present any of the following:

    • a report of a research study
    • an analysis of a practical problem-solving effort
    • a description of an innovative library program or service

Poster session participants place materials such as pictures, data, graphs, diagrams and narrative text on poster boards up to 4'x8' in size or poster triptychs. Posters must be free standing as wall space is not available. A table will be provided, but you must provide your own poster material and handouts.

Participants have the opportunity to informally discuss their presentations with conference attendees. During an assigned time slot, poster session presenters are required to be available to answer questions and discuss their poster material. You will be provided with a date and time upon approval of your poster session proposal.

The 2026 NJLA/NJASL Conference will be held Tuesday, February 17 through Thursday, February 19 at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Atlantic City NJ.

Selected poster sessions will be presented on Wednesday, February 18, from X:00-X:00pm and on Thursday, February 19, from X:00am-X:00pm.
