  • Volunteer Sign up Form

Arizona AIDS Walk Run & Roll takes place Saturday, March 21 at Steele Indian School Park, and we’d love your help making the day run smoothly. Volunteers can sign up individually or as a group, and there’s a role for every age and ability.
  • Set-Up Crew: 6am - 9:00am
Help us get the park ready before participants arrive. This includes setting up tables, tents, signage, water stations, and helping vendors get settled.

    Clean-Up Team: 10:30 am - 12:30pm
Support us at the end of the event by breaking down tables, tents, gathering supplies, and making sure the park is left clean and organized.

    Water Station: 8:30 am - 10:30am
Keep walkers, runners, and rollers hydrated along the route. You’ll hand out water, cheer people on, and keep the station stocked and tidy.

    Cheering Station: 8:30 am - 10:30am
Bring the energy. You’ll encourage participants along the course with signs, clappers, and lots of enthusiasm.

    Kids for the Cause: 8:00am - 10:00am
Help run our children’s activity area. This may include crafts, games, and assisting families so kids have a safe, fun experience.

    Paws for the Cause: 8:00am - 10:00am
Support our four-legged participants by handing out treats, water bowls, and helping families navigate the dog-friendly area.

    General Volunteer / “Plug Me In” 7:30am - 10:30am
Perfect if you're flexible. You’ll be placed where help is needed most throughout the event, from supporting vendors to assisting program staff.
