The Nebraska FCCLA SPOT Scholarship supports one member enrolling in a postsecondary institution with any major. One $300 SPOT Scholarship is awarded each year. To be eligible to apply, applicants must:
- Be a member of an affiliated Nebraska FCCLA chapter for at least one full year.
- Be actively involved in their chapter’s activities.
- Have completed at least one semester (or the equivalent) of Family and Consumer Sciences classes.
- Be a graduating senior with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.4 on a 4.0 scale (85% average).
- Be actively involved in Peer Education through FCCLA National Programs.
In order to complete this applcation, applicants must also upload their Resume, which should, at the minimum, include:
- FCCLA participation at the local, district, state, and national level
- FCCLA officer positions held
- FCCLA recognition received
- School participation & involvement
- Community participation & involvement

Once you submit your scholarship application through Jotform, your chapter adviser will automatically receive a Scholarship Materials Submission Form. This form is where your official transcript and the required one (1) Recommendation Letter will be submitted on your behalf.
Your chapter adviser is responsible for collecting and uploading the following materials in the Scholarship Materials Submission Form:
- Applicant's Official Transcript
- Recommendation Letter from the FCCLA chapter adviser
If the applicant's chapter adviser is also their parent, select another adult school representative to write the recommendation letter.
