Vendor Terms and Conditions for Festival Participation
Application Process:
Submitting this vendor application does not guarantee approval or secure your vendor space. Each application will be reviewed, and you will receive an approval or denial email following your submission.
Vendor Space Details:
- Vendor spaces are 10x10 marked areas.
- Vendors must supply their own pop-up tent, tables, chairs, signage, and products.
- No power will be available at the festival.
Setup and Transportation:
- Vendors are responsible for transporting their items from the parking lot to their designated space in the community park. Parking is not adjacent to the festival and there will not be a loading area.
- It is advised to bring additional help, wagons, or equipment to facilitate setup and breakdown.
Deposit Fee:
- A $50 deposit is required to reserve a vendor space.
- This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions or other circumstances.
Rain or Shine Policy:
The festival will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine. Vendors are encouraged to plan accordingly to protect their products and equipment from potential weather changes.
Post-Approval Requirements:
- Upon approval, you will receive a separate contract containing the complete guidelines and requirements for the festival.
- Vendors are expected to review and adhere to all terms outlined in the subsequent contract.
