I/we agree to the following criteria for participation in the Girl Scout Cookie Program:

Ensure my Girl Scout is a currently registered member of the Girl Scouts of the USA.
Always provide adult supervision and guidance.
Accept payment responsibility for all products received.
Sign and KEEP all receipts for received and money turned into the troop.
Turn money in weekly to the troop (Checks ayable to GSMWLP or Girl Scouts. Not the troop). *Troop may limit cookies given if payments are not received.
