1. RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS
WE HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS JEFF BURNETT, AN INDIVIDUAL, D/B/A CLASSIC HOLIDAY ICE RINK RENTALS, and all related entities (hereinafter referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability for injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, including the sole negligence of the Releasees, concurrent negligence of the Releasees, or the concurrent negligence of the Releasees and some third party.

2. INDEMNIFICATION
The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees, their officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, volunteers, and any affiliated entities from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property that may occur as a result of engaging in the activities related to the event. This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from the use of the skating rink and associated equipment.

3. DEFINITION OF ACTIVITIES
For the purposes of this agreement, "Activities" includes, but is not limited to:
- Ice skating on a synthetic surface.
- Ice skating in a public area.
- Ice skating with multiple participants.
- Standing and balancing on ice skate blades.
- Any related activities or events associated with ice skating.

4. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
The undersigned acknowledges that participation in the Activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to those arising from the use of the skating rink and associated equipment. By executing this document, the undersigned accepts and assumes all such risks.

5. NO RELIANCE ON REPRESENTATIONS
By entering into this agreement, I acknowledge that I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statements made by the Releasees other than what is set forth in this agreement.

6. MINORS CLAUSE
If any participants are minors (under the age of 18), a parent or guardian must sign this agreement on behalf of the minor. The parent or guardian acknowledges that they have read this agreement and understand its terms, and they agree to indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from any claims related to the minor’s participation in the Activities.

8. BINDING EFFECT
This release shall be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision of this release is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect and enforceable.

9. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Releasees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Activities. The liability of the Releasees shall be limited to the total amount paid for the rental of the rink.

11. VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, I HAVE GIVEN UP LEGAL RIGHTS AND I SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
