Please allow 2-3 business days to process. An invoice will be sent to the email listed after registration has been processed. Upon receipt of payment, your registration will be complete. Under the circumstance that any crisis (such as COVID-19) should mandate that our events be cancelled or dramatically adjusted, refunds and/or alternate use of funds received will be offered. Expo booths, sponsorships, and all associated purchases are nonrefundable and non transferrable. Booth/sponsorship reservations not paid for within 60 days of the receipt of invoice will be voided. Frequent Advertiser Qualifications: A vendor qaulifies as a frequent advertiser when they place three or more ads with any of our media brands (American Vineyard, California Ag Network, California Dairy, California Fruit and Vegetable, and/or Pacific Nut Producer), each ad valuing at least $500, during the calendar year of the expos.

Expo Guide
The expo guide will feature maps, programs, and other information they need for the expos. Over 26,000 readers and attendees will receive the expo guide with the November issues of American Vineyard, California Fruit & Vegetable, and Pacific Nut Producer magazines and in person at both events.
