What dates are you available to come in? Please include a couple of back up dates, just in case! Please note: due to the nature of how I work, most appointments - even for smaller tattoos - can be anticipated to take 4+ hours unless otherwise specified.
Please note - most appts, unless otherwise specified, are 4+ hours (even for small tattoos). Consultations are typically 30-60min.

I understand that I will be contacted for follow up, and will be required to send a deposit via e-transfer to finalize the appointment. I acknowledge that until the deposit has been received, my appointment has not been confirmed. I understand that this is a non refundable deposit. If I need to cancel or reschedule the appointment I will do this no later than 48 hours before my appointment to avoid losing my deposit. I understand that if I make changes to my design after submitting this request and booking the appointment the cost may vary from the quote I was given, or I may need to reschedule.
