This form is used to collect written information and instructions from the Agent for preparation of buyer representation and related disclosure documents.Mainstay Leverage prepares documents based solely on the information and written instructions provided by the Agent. The Agent remains responsible for determining representation terms, compensation structure, legal compliance, and final review and approval prior to presentation or execution.This service is exclusively available to agents currently onboarded with Mainstay Leverage.
Buyer Representation drafting services are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
