LG Pre-Installation Site Survey

The site survey must be completed before Roland DGA ships the Roland TrueVIS printer. The information in this survey will ensure that you are prepared to receive the machine shipment and have a smooth installation experience. Failure to prepare for the printer's arrival via the freight company will result in additional freight charges.

Delivery does not include removal from the delivery truck. A forklift may be needed. We have lift gates, but they are not always an option. Failure to prepare facilities and electrical needs before the arrival of installation personnel will result in additional installation charges.

Working Environment for the Machine

Roland devices operate optimally within a specific range of temperature and humidity. Failure to operate in this range can result in poor print quality or uncured ink.

During operation: Temperature: 68 to 89 °F (20 to 32 °C), humidity: 35 to 80% RH (no condensation)
During non-operation: Temperature: 41 to 104 °F (5 to 40 °C), humidity: 20 to 80% RH (no condensation)

Electrical Requirements for the Machine

The Roland TrueVIS LG can plug into a normal wall outlet. The power requirements are below:
• LG - 100-120/220-240 Va.c. 50/60 Hz 6.5/3.2 A
Although it is not needed, Roland DGA highly recommends using a battery backup or surge protector that can manage the power requirements.

VersaWorks 7 Software and Computer Requirements

I have reviewed the specifications for my device and acknowledge the electrical, environment, and working area to be within specifications.

It is the customer's responsibility to note any shipping damage when the machine arrives. Please note damage on the receiving documents and provide Roland with pictures of the damage.

Does the delivery site have access to a forklift and pallet jack?

If No, what arrangements are being made to receive the machine?

Will you have a forklift available or at least 4 people to assist with lifting the printer onto the stand?
