Culinary Care's Holiday "Give Shop"!

Thank you for helping us make the holiday season brighter for our highest need families. The Holiday "Give Shop" will give our patients a chance to come shop for their families, get gifts wrapped, and enjoy a little holiday cheer -- because of your generosity everything will be 100% free of charge!! So it's the most fun way to shop.

How The Holiday Give Shop Works

ALL GIFTS MUST BE IN OUR HANDS BY DECEMBER 17TH.
Use the form below to select the age group and sex you'd like to shop for.

For each age group/sex you choose to shop for you should plan to buy the following:

1. "Need" Item: You'll get 5 of them item you've selected for "needs" listed below. $50 max per item.

2. "Wow" Item: You'll also get 5 toys, games, accessories, school supplies, gift cards. $50 max per item.

We'll send additional gift suggestions, but we recommend engaging your children and asking what brings them joy.

DO NOT INCLUDE

Soap, candy, toothpaste, gum, used or damaged items, food, liquids, medications or vitamins, glass.

EXAMPLE

You choose "Girl, Age 2- 4 Years Old, Coats."

1. "Need" Item: You'll buy 5 coats of that specific sex and size.

2. "Wow" Items: You'll buy 5 additional "wow" items that will make them feel loved and special.
