As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Carbon County Community Foundation, we invite you to help us recognize outstanding individuals and organizations that make our community stronger.

Please complete the nomination form below. You can nominate yourself or another individual, business, or nonprofit. One nomination per form. If you are submitting multiple nominations, please complete the form for each one.

A selection committee will review the nominations and pick this year's recipients in late January. Recipients will be announced in early February. The Community Awards will be presented at our anniversary celebration on May 29, 2026.

Awards:

Community Advocate Award
Honors an individual whose passion, dedication, and service have made a lasting difference in Carbon County. The recipient is an advocate for the community, working selflessly to address local needs, elevate important causes, and inspire others to get involved. Preference will be given to nominees who have partnered with or supported the Carbon County Community Foundation in advancing its mission.

Corporate Business Leadership Award
Recognizes a business that demonstrates outstanding corporate citizenship in Carbon County. The recipient goes beyond doing business locally — they invest in the community through philanthropy, volunteerism, and leadership that strengthens local nonprofits, schools, and civic life. Nominees should have a history of engagement with the Carbon County Community Foundation and its efforts to build a stronger community.

Nonprofit Excellence Award
Celebrates a nonprofit organization that has shown exceptional leadership, innovation, and measurable results in addressing the needs of Carbon County. The recipient demonstrates a strong commitment to mission-driven work, collaboration, and improving the quality of life for local residents. Nominated nonprofit must be a registered 501c3 organization.
