  • 2026 TERM FEE INFORMATION 

    Term fees must be paid by the conclusion of week two of each term. Payments can be made via direct deposit or via eftpos.

    Unpaid fees may affect your child’s ability to continue to participate in the program until fees have been balanced. If you need to discuss a payment plan, please speak with Christina directly. Invoices will be sent out week three for late payments and will incur a $5 administration fee.

     

    EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS

    There will be an offer of a 5% early bird discount on term fees only for gymnasts training 9hrs per week or more. The discount will be offered in the last two weeks of each term for the following term.

     

    SIBLING DISCOUNTS (term fees only)

    2nd child-10%

    3rd child-20%

     

    Make up lessons

    Make up lessons can be arranged if you are unable to attend training to illness or injury. Lessons can be made up within the term of the missed lesson and do not roll over to the next term

     

    Credits

    May be used for moderate to serious injuries where the gymnast will miss a substantial amount of training. Once training is able to resume please let us know so we can adjust the term fees for the following term. Please provide a medical certificate for our reference.

  • RCG MEMBER EXPECTATIONS/GYM RULES

     

    -Gymnasts must care for and respect the equipment provided to them as part of their program.

    -Be frank and honest with your coach concerning illness and injury and your ability to· train fully within the program requirements.

    -Conduct yourself in a professional manner relating to language, temper and punctuality.

    -Maintain high personal behavior standards at all times.

    -Be honest in your attitude and preparation to training. Work hard for yourself and show a good attitude toward your training.

    -Cooperate with coaches and staff in development of programs to adequately prepare you for competition at the highest level.

    -Gymnasts must attend training prepared, including any equipment you may need for training (grips,loops,strapping tape)

    -Gymnasts must have their hair tied up for training.

    -Please wear appropriate gear to train in ie leotards, tight fitted active wear. NO loose baggy clothes as it can become a safety concern when training.

    -Please help and support your team mates and assist your coaches throughout your sessions when needed ie, helping move equipment to set up or pack up there activities.

    -Gymnasts must respectful and kind to others

    -Gymnasts must not have their phones out of their bags during training unless the gymnast has asked the coach ie to video a new skill. Phones are a distraction and should not be used when at training.
