2026 Creator Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the LVL UP EXPO Creator Program. We welcome applications from creators of all types, including streamers, influencers, vloggers, cosplayers, podcasters, photographers, and digital creatives of any size.

The program is divided into three tiers that reflect different levels of growth and content style: Creator Access, Creator Plus, and Creator Pro.

All accepted creators receive:
• One complimentary Creator Badge
• Access to the Creator Lounge (when available)
• Opportunities to connect with event sponsors and partners

If you regularly create content and plan to cover your experience at LVL UP EXPO 2026, we encourage you to apply.

Applicants must be 18 or older to participate.
- Creator Access
  Level 1
  
  For creators who are passionate about sharing their experience at LVL UP EXPO 2026!
  
  Level 1 participants focus on creativity, consistency, and community involvement rather than follower count.
  
  We’re looking for individuals who have been consistently active over the past 90 days and maintain healthy engagement on at least two platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, X, or Instagram.
  
  Benefits:
  
  One (1) complimentary Creator Badge
  Access to the Creator Lounge (when available)
  Opportunities to connect with event sponsors
- Creator Plus
  Level 2
  
  For creators who bring strong engagement and consistent growth across their platforms.
  
  Level 2 creators applicants must meet two or more of the following benchmarks:
  
  – 10,000 followers on active platform(s)
  – 50,000 views in 30 days on YouTube
  – 20+ concurrent livestream viewers
  – 5,000 average views on Shorts/Reels/ Tiktoks
  
  Benefits:
  
  All Level 1 benefits
  One (1) additional Creator Badge for assistant role.
  Opportunities for complimentary swag
  Opportunities to host panels or workshops
  Ability to register interest for IRL stream activations or stream stations (limited availability)
- Creator Plus
  Level 3
  
  For creators who demonstrate high-quality content and are hand-selected from the applicant pool by LVL UP EXPO.
  
  Level 3 participants focus on elevated professional collaborations with LVL UP EXPO, including UGC content, collabs, social takeovers, and creative partnerships.
  
  This level may include paid projects and additional compensations where applicable, based on project scope and collaboration needs.

  This program is limited, and only a select number of applicants can be accepted. We encourage you to review all program requirements and confirm they meet the qualiticaitons before applying.
  
  When reviewing applications, our team evaluates several criteria, including:
  
  • Consistent content creation and recent activity within the last 90 days
  • Relevance of your content to LVL UP EXPO interests such as comics, television, movies, anime, books, video games, tabletop or TCG, cosplay, and collectibles
  • Overall audience engagement across your platforms
  • Professional presentation of your brand and social media presence
  • Any unique qualities, themes, or strengths that distinguish you and your community
  
  Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Creators should apply only if they feel their content, activity level, and engagement align with the expectations of the program.

Applications will be open from November 2025 to March 23, 2026 or until all spots are filled. Applications will be reviewed and approved on a rolling basis starting January 1, 2026.

If your application is approved, we'll contact you via email with next steps.

If your application is not selected, please do not be discouraged. You are still welcome to attend LVL UP EXPO and create content independently during the event. We expect to accept more applicants in future cycles, and we encourage you to apply again during the next application period.

Content Creator Program Terms & Conditions
Creators must be 18 years or older to apply and participate in the LVL UP EXPO Creator Program.

Creator badges hold no monetary value and a non-transferrable.

You may not loan or sell your Creator badge.

Individuals found in breach will have their Creator access revoked and be ineligble to receive Creator benefits at any future LVL UP EXPO event, indefinitely.
- Your Creator badge allows complimentary access during all public hours.
- Creator badges do NOT allow early access or special access.
- Creator badges do NOT allow access to green rooms.
- Creator badges do NOT allow you to cut in line.
- Creator badges do NOT guarantee seats at any activation.
- Creator badges do NOT allow free access into events requiring additional ticket (unless otherwise stated or invited).
- Creator badges do NOT allow access to Special Guests, green rooms, or back of house.
- Creator badges do NOT guarantee autographs or free merchandise from Special Guests.

2026 Photograph and Publicity Release
I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by LVL UP EXPO, or anyone authorized by LVL UP EXPO, of any and all photographs, digital images, videotapes, written articles or recordings made of me for use by the LVL UP EXPO, its representatives, officers and agents, and the right to copyright and/or use, reuse and/or publish, republish photographic pictures, digital images, videotapes or recordings in conjunction with my name.

I also give permission for the photographs, digital images, videotapes, or recordings to be used in their entirety and/or edited versions as deemed necessary by LVL UP EXPO including the use of images on social media networks, printed material such as pamphlets and flyers, and website.
Furthermore, permission is also given for the photographs, digital images, videotapes, or recordings to be used by LVL UP EXPO at any time in the future without further clearance from me.

I understand that these photographs, digital images, videotapes, or recordings may be used for marketing purposes, including lvlupexpo.com, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram by LVL UP EXPO.
