Current Waste Solutions. – Terms of Service

Welcome to Current Waste Solutions. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up for service, you (“{customerName}”) agree to the following Terms of Service governing residential and commercial trash and recycling collection.
1. Service Overview
Current Waste Solutions. provides scheduled trash and recycling collection services to residential and commercial customers within designated service areas. Service includes the pickup and disposal of household or business waste placed in approved containers.
2. Service Schedule
Trash and recycling collection occurs on the day assigned to your service address.
Containers must be placed curbside and easily accessible from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM on your scheduled pickup day.
Items not properly placed, blocked by vehicles, or containing prohibited materials may not be collected.
Holiday schedules and weather delays will be communicated in advance when possible.
3. Billing & Payment
Billing is completed (quarterly).
Payment is due on or before the invoice due date to maintain uninterrupted service.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service until payment is received in full.
Returned payments or chargebacks may be subject to additional processing fees.
4. Equipment
Trash bins or carts provided by Current Waste Solutions remain the property of the Company.
Customers are responsible for maintaining bins in reasonable condition and notifying the Company of any damage or replacement needs.
A replacement fee may apply for lost or damaged containers due to misuse or neglect.
5. Prohibited Materials
The following items are not accepted in regular trash collection:
Hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, batteries, oil, etc.)
Construction or demolition debris
Medical waste or sharps
Tires, large appliances, or electronics (unless scheduled for special pickup)
Special arrangements can be made for bulk or prohibited items upon request.
6. Service Interruption
Service may be delayed or canceled due to severe weather, road closures, or unsafe conditions. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and provide alternate pickup when feasible.
7. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate service with written notice. The customer remains responsible for any outstanding balance through the final billing period and for returning any company-provided bins.
8. Liability
Current Waste Solutions is not responsible for damage to private driveways, landscaping, or personal property occurring as a result of normal service operations, except in cases of negligence.
