I understand my dog must be on a leash at all times and can only be removed if I need to do so in order for my dog to perform a trick on stage. Their leash must be secured before exiting the stage.
I understand that if my dog is aggressive toward people or other animals, or poses a threat, I may be disqualified and entry fees will not be refunded.
I understand I must clean up after my dog in the event it leaves solid waste on the ground. Failure to clean up after my pet will result in disqualification and no refund of fees.
I understand that in the event of a tie there will be a final round for tie breaker, and the judges will decide on first place winner by majority vote.

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the event organizers, volunteers, staff, the Pahrump Chili Cook-Off, Town of Pahrump, and Petrack Park from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from my participation in the event or any action of my dog or myself. I certify that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations and is not aggressive toward people or other animals. I assume full responsibility for the behavior of my dog and agree to keep them leashed and under control at all times.
