We want to remind you that all children who wish to attend the camp must be at least 5 years old at the start of the camp program. We strictly adhere to this requirement, and unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions for children turning 5 after the start day of the camp.

Please provide a secondary contact person and their details in case the primary person is unavailable.

If someone other than yourself is bringing or picking up your child, please provide their contact information.

Please review the following terms and conditions for our Adventure Camp Singapore:

1. Payment & Registration
Payment for the camp is due in full at the time of registration.
Once payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of reason, including illness, travel, change of plans, or failure to attend.
No pro-rating, partial refunds, credits, or transferring of enrolment to other weeks, programmes, or children.
2. Cancellation by Parent
If you need to cancel your child’s participation for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.
Please note that no refunds, credits, or makeup days will be issued for withdrawal or non-attendance.
3. Cancellation or Changes by the Camp Provider
In the unlikely event that Adventure Camp Singapore must cancel a camp, we will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative session or issue a credit for a future camp.
We cannot guarantee the availability of an alternative date and no refunds will be provided.
Adventure Camp Singapore reserves the right to adjust the programme schedule, activities, or instructors when necessary.
4. Weather, Venue Restrictions & Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of bad weather, haze, venue closures, or circumstances beyond our control, the camp schedule may be modified, moved indoors, or adapted.
No refunds or credits will be issued due to such changes.
5. Minimum Enrolment
Adventure Camp Singapore reserves the right to combine age groups or cancel a camp week should the minimum number of participants not be met.
6. Attendance, Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Parents must ensure children arrive on time and are picked up promptly at the end of the session.
A late pick-up fee may apply if a child is not collected on time.
The camp is not responsible for children left unattended outside of designated camp hours.
7. Behaviour & Conduct
Safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to dismiss any child from camp without refund if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or non-compliant with staff instructions.
Persistent bullying, refusal to follow safety rules, or endangering other children will result in immediate removal
8. Health, Medical Care & Sick Child Policy
By registering, parents confirm their child is in good physical health and fit to participate in all camp activities.
Children who are unwell, showing symptoms of contagious illness, or recovering from recent illness may be sent home at the discretion of the staff.
If parents cannot be reached in an emergency, the camp staff may authorise medical treatment deemed necessary.
All medical expenses are the responsibility of the parents.
9. Personal Belongings
Personal items brought to camp are at the child’s own risk.
Adventure Camp Singapore is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
10. Liability Waiver & Indemnity
Adventure Camp Singapore maintains liability insurance that provides coverage for participants during official camp activities. While every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure safety, Adventure Camp Singapore, its directors, teachers, and partners are not liable for any accident, injury, loss, or damage, howsoever caused, on or off the premises. Parents agree to indemnify and hold harmless the camp provider from any claims arising from their child’s participation.
11. Image & Media Release
By enrolling, parents grant permission for Adventure Camp Singapore to use photos and videos of camp activities—including images featuring their child—for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
Parents who wish to opt out must notify us in writing before the camp begins.
12. Programme Modifications
Activity schedules may change due to safety considerations, staffing, weather conditions, or operational requirements.
Substitute activities may be provided as needed.
13. Communications & Updates
All operational updates (packing lists, reminders, changes to schedule, etc.) will be sent via WhatsApp or email.
By registering, parents agree to follow these operational guidelines.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering your child for Adventure Camp Singapore, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.

Confirmation

By acknowledging below, I agree that my electronic signature, digital submission, or checkbox confirmation holds the same legal force as a handwritten signature. I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Adventure Camp Singapore Terms & Conditions and understand that my acceptance is legally binding.

I grant permission for my child to participate in all camp activities, including sports, games, and water-based activities where applicable. I also consent to the use of photographs and videos featuring my child for Adventure Camp Singapore and Hollandse Club promotional materials, unless I submit a written opt-out prior to the start of camp.
