How It Works:

$10 to enter

Contestants under 18 years of age require parent/guardian to fill out this form

Winner takes home the golden chicken!

1. Contestants will face a plate of 5 hot wings — each one doused in Thermageddon, the hottest sauce to hit the Hot Ones table!

2. After eating each wing, the contestant must answer a trivia question.

3. You must swallow the wing bite fully before answering. No spitting, no hiding food!

4. Trivia questions must be answered within 20 seconds of being asked.

5. Each correct trivia answer allows the contestant to move on to the next wing.

6. Get a trivia question wrong? You can still eat the next wing — but you’ll be behind in
points!

7. Water, milk, and napkins will be provided after the final round.
(you can drink milk during the contest, but there will be point penalties. Suffer with honor!!)

8. Once the contestant has made it to the final wing (or drops out) their points will be
tallied and we move on to the next contestant.

Hold HarmlessI, the undersigned, understand that participation in the Hot Wing Challenge at the Pahrump Chili Cook-Off involves inherent risks, including but not limited to consumption of extremely spicy food (The Last Dab Thermageddon sauce), potential mouth or throat burns, gastrointestinal distress, allergic reactions, vomiting, public exposure, and participation in a public event. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the event organizers, volunteers, staff, the Pahrump Chili Cook-Off, Town of Pahrump, and Petrack Park from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from my participation in the event or any actions by myself. I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, in good health, have no medical conditions (such as allergies to spicy foods, heart issues, or gastrointestinal disorders) that would prevent my safe participation or jeopardize my health during or after the challenge, and have valid photo identification to prove my age if requested. I assume full responsibility for my own health and well-being and agree to abide by all challenge rules, including no wiping or drinking during the event.
