• Women's Retreat

    Location: Camp of the Hills, 1552 CR 344 Marble Falls, TX Date: Thursday Evening, February 19th, 2025 - Sunday Morning, February 22nd, 2026

    Registration is open to women 18 years and older.

    Cost and Registration:

    EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION cost is $175 per person. Early Bird Registration closes January 19th, 2026. Beginning January 20th, 2026 the cost of registration is $200/attendee. Registration closes Thursday, February 16th, 2026.

    Included in Cost:

    This cost includes 4 day/3 night stay at Camp of the Hills in Marble Falls. The stay includes cabin lodging, 8 meals (Thursday Dinner - Sunday Breakfast), trails and hiking, fishing, archery, sessions, fellowship and more. 

    Lodging:

    Cabin Lodging is included in the registration price. Cabin Lodging includes communal cabins with XL twin bunk beds, indoor toilets & showers, air conditioning, and heating. Towards the bottom of the form you will be given an option to request up to 5 other participants to bunk with you. There are 5 private cottages & back bedrooms for lodging. The cost is $85 per night for the cottages and $45 ner night for the back bedrooms.

    Things to Bring: 

    You will need to bring your own linens: towels, twin XL sheets, blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries. It will most likely be cold in February, so bring warm clothes! It is recommended that you bring your own water bottle to carry around the camp. WE also recommend that you bring your personal Bible, journal, and pen to take notes.

    Check-In: 

    • 4:00-6:00pm on Thursday Evening, February 19th, 2025
    • We will gather at the Dining Hall for check-in(the second main builiding on the right off the main road driving into camp). Then you will have time to get settled and set up your bunk area.
    • Dinner will be from 6:30pm-7:00pm in the Dining Hall, and ice breakers and the opening session will shortly follow.

  • *While our kitchen can provide generic gluten-free alternatives for meals, we cannot fully assure that no cross- contamination will occur. If you have senstive responses to gluten, we encourage you to bring supplemental items. You can store these items in a special area in our kitchen. You will have access to a microwave. However, our kitchen staff will not be responsible for preparing any personal supplemental items for you. 

    ** Our menus cannot always accommodate full/ balanced meals for those with vegan dietary prefences. You are encouraged to bring supplemental items. You can store these items in the kitchen.
