Mitch’s Promise is a commitment made by architectural firms to fully support the next generation by paying for their employees’ architectural licensing exams — regardless of pass or fail. The firm promises to cover every exam attempt, removing financial barriers and ensuring emerging professionals can pursue licensure without hesitation.

In addition — but not required — firms may choose to sponsor their employees to become SARA Associate Members. This optional benefit provides access to a full membership transcript, the Continuing Education portal, license-advisor support, and coverage of the NCARB Record fee.

By signing on to Mitch’s Promise, your firm will be featured on the national SARA website as a leader in the profession, demonstrating a meaningful commitment to Architect Helping Architect.
