Membership facility access is available once all required enrollment documents have been completed.

Welcome to the 008 Training family! 🩷 Each new Individual or Family Membership includes one complimentary 008 Training T-shirt at enrollment.

Additional shirts may be purchased separately, subject to availability.

008 Training Members receive access to membership benefits applicable to their active membership, which may include:

• Complimentary cage, bullpen, and facility reservations for up to one hour per day.
• Cage reservations available up to seven days in advance.
• Expanded member facility access outside standard public hours.
• $10 off private lessons with eligible 008 Training instructors.
• $10 off 008 Training-hosted camps and clinics.
• 72-hour priority booking for quarterly private lesson schedules.
• Access to the 008 Training Member Portal.
• Additional member benefits as offered by 008 Training.

Membership benefits are subject to availability and the applicable booking policies. Complimentary facility access does not guarantee availability of a specific cage, time, instructor, or training area.

• Members may reserve eligible facility space up to seven days in advance.
• Complimentary reservations are limited to one reservation of up to one hour per day per membership.
• All facility use must be reserved through the approved 008 Training booking system. Walk-in use is not permitted unless authorized by 008 Training.
• Members must use only the space and time reserved and must leave the training area ready for the next reservation.
• Equipment must be used only as intended and returned to its designated location after use.
• Members must follow all posted facility guidelines and equipment instructions.

Members may bring up to two guests per facility reservation.

A $10 Guest Pass per guest must be added and paid for at the time of booking.

Each guest must have a completed 008 Training Liability Waiver on file before participating or using the facility.

Members are responsible for ensuring their guests comply with all 008 Training facility rules and policies.

Individuals who are not registered members under an Individual or Family Membership are considered guests and are subject to the applicable Guest Pass requirements.

Failure to comply with the Guest Policy may result in a $20 fee per unauthorized guest and/or suspension of membership privileges.
 

Members may receive access to the facility during designated member-access hours outside standard public operating hours.

Members are responsible for following all posted and privately provided opening, closing, and security procedures.

Facility access codes, keys, security information, and opening/closing instructions are confidential and may only be used by authorized members. They may not be shared with guests or other individuals.

If a member is the first person to enter the facility or the last person to leave, the member is responsible for following the applicable opening or closing procedures and ensuring the facility is properly secured.

Failure to properly secure the facility may result in a $40 fee, suspension or revocation of facility-access privileges, and/or membership termination.

Members should cancel facility reservations & private lesson appointments as soon as possible when they are unable to attend so the reserved time can become available to other members.

Reservations/appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time will not incur a cancellation fee.

Reservations/appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are subject to a $20 late-cancellation fee.

Members who fail to attend a reservation/appointment without canceling will be charged the regular cage rental/private lesson rate applicable to the cage and reservation duration booked.

Members agree to: 

• Use the facility, equipment, and training spaces safely and responsibly.
• Follow posted rules, facility guidelines, and staff instructions.
• Supervise children and minors in their care.
• Return equipment to its proper location and leave reserved spaces clean and ready for the next user.
• Never attach nets, straps, bungees, equipment, or other items to walls, outlets, electrical boxes, or building structures unless specifically authorized by 008 Training.
• Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or facility concerns promptly.
• Protect confidential facility-access information.
• Accept responsibility for the conduct of their registered guests.

Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method associated with the member's subscription.

A one-time $35 enrollment fee applies to new memberships and is charged at initial enrollment.

There is no long-term membership commitment. Memberships may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future membership renewals. Membership benefits will remain active through the end of the member's current paid billing period.

Membership fees and enrollment fees already paid are non-refundable and will not be prorated upon cancellation, except where required by applicable law.

If a membership is canceled and the individual later chooses to rejoin, the membership will be subject to the then-current membership pricing, benefits, policies, and applicable enrollment fee.

Every individual participating in activities or using training areas at 008 Training must have a completed 008 Training Liability Waiver on file before participating.

The primary account holder is responsible for ensuring that all registered family members and guests have completed the applicable Liability Waiver before participating or using the facility.

Completion of this Membership Agreement does not replace the 008 Training Liability Waiver.

008 Training reserves the right, consistent with applicable law and this Agreement, to assess applicable policy fees, suspend or revoke facility-access privileges, and suspend or terminate membership for serious or repeated violations of this Agreement, facility rules, safety requirements, or security procedures.

Members may be responsible for damage caused by misuse of the facility or equipment.
