  • Please Note: New Scholars must complete the self-nomination, reference nomination and virtual interview with our admissions board before eligible to complete early bird registration.

Early Bird Registration ends January 16, 2026 and offers a 10% discount on tuition plus locks in your spot at the conference.

We only have 60 spots available on a first-come first-served basis. Partial and full scholarship assistance is available.

To reserve a spot in the program, families will need to pay the $150 deposit that can be paid in three installments within a 60-day period from the date of registering  where the first $50 is nonrefundable to cover associated administration costs. While we cannot guarantee scholarships, many students who complete the submission process often receive substantial support. We strongly encourage any student with financial concerns to apply — our goal is to make this opportunity accessible, and we are committed to helping families find a path forward.
