This form is used to send me photo choices -- for banners, for prints, etc. I like to give seniors the option to pick their favorite photo for their banners, and give families the option to select their favorite image(s) to have printed. You can either submit the image number (e.g. _XH20695.jpg) or simply attach a screenshot of your favorite image.
