    Polar Table brings chef-led fine dining to Earth’s most remote frontiers.

    Aboard boutique luxury icebreaker yachts hosting just 10 to 12 guests, one guest chef, and a dedicated Polar Table host, each expedition is intentionally intimate.

    This is not a residency. It is a curated culinary journey at the edge of the world.

    2. The Experience
    As our guest chef, you bring your culinary voice into the Arctic or/and Antarctic landscapes.
    Days unfold among glaciers, sea ice, and polar silence. Evenings culminate in tasting experiences shaped by the rhythm of the expedition.

    Nature is not the backdrop. It becomes part of your creative process.

    3. Your Culinary Role
    You will design and execute three signature dinner services during the voyage.

    A resident onboard chef manages breakfasts and lunches and supports you during dinner service, allowing you to focus fully on your concept, execution, and storytelling in the galley.

    This is a collaborative environment, built to elevate your craft in one of the most extraordinary kitchens on Earth.

    4. The Invitation
    For the 2027 Arctic season, we are selecting a limited number of chefs. Two expedition dates are already confirmed.
