  • Important Notice:
    This inquiry form does not confirm a reservation. A La Nube team member will contact you to review details and confirm availability. If your requested date and time are available, an invoice for the non-refundable $100 deposit will be sent via email. If your requested date and time are not available, a La Nube Birthday representative will contact you by phone to discuss alternative date options. The birthday policies and rules are outlined below and will require initials for acknowledgment.

  • Payment & Deposit:

    A $100 non-refundable deposit invoice will be sent to you after booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until this invoice is paid and the agreement is submitted. A second invoice for your remaining balance— including any add-ons or fees—will be due one week before your party. Any extra guests who attend on the day of the event will be added to your final bill at $14 per person and charged at the end of the party.

    All card payments, including deposit and remaining balance, include a 4% credit card processing fee. If the Party Host cancels, La Nube will retain the $100 deposit.

  • Party Room Access:

    Your party includes a 2-hour semi-private space. Hosts may enter 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for setup and have 15 minutes after the event for breakdown. Entry outside this window is not permitted, and the space must be fully vacated on time. A $50 overtime fee will apply if the scheduled time is exceeded.

    Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the museum. Birthday parties are private events and must remain only in the assigned party space.

    All birthday-related activities—including food, cake, gifts, decorations, singing, and group gathering—must take place in the designated party area and may NOT extend to other areas of La Nube, including the café or common areas. Guests are welcome to explore the museum as general visitors, but no birthday activities may occur outside the assigned party space.

  • All-Day Access:

    Hosts and guests may enjoy La Nube all day on the event date, within regular operating hours. Guests are welcome to arrive prior to their scheduled party time and remain after their party concludes; however, access before and after the scheduled party time is limited to the museum exhibit areas only and does not include the reserved party space. If planning to arrive before the scheduled party time, the Party Host must notify a La Nube Host in advance so the Front Desk team is aware. The Party Host must be present during guest check-in and for Discovery Band distribution.

  • Decorations:

    Allowed decorations include table décor, air-filled balloons, party hats, wall décor, and goody bags. Glitter, confetti, piñatas, candles, and helium balloons are NOT permitted. All décor must be removed at the end of the event, and balloons must remain inside the party room

  • Food & Catering:

    Outside food and drinks are allowed with a $50 outside-food fee. Cakes, cupcakes, goody bags, and reusable bottles are always allowed at no additional charge. Alcohol is NOT permitted.Outside food and beverages are only permitted inside the designated party room during your scheduled time.

  • Little Stars Café Catering:

    If catering through Little Stars Café is selected, orders must be placed at least one (1) week prior to the event. A $75.00 Rush Order Fee will be applied to any orders placed within 48 hours of the event. This fee is separate from and not applied toward the total cost of the birthday party.
