The SRCA Board of Directors is responsible for operational oversight of the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association, Inc. As a not-for-profit board, its work centers on operational excellence, sound governance, policy decisions, and financial approvals, including the annual budget and major project funding.
The board is made up of seven directors elected by homeowners. For the 2026 election, two director positions are open, and any SRCA homeowner is welcome to submit their name for consideration. All candidates who wish to appear on the ballot will be listed.
WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES
Board Meetings: 12 per year during business hours (4–5 hours each)
Board-Level Committee Meetings: 12 per year, business hours or evenings (1–2 hours each)
Board Liaison Committee Meetings: 10–12 per year (1–2 hours each)
Strategic Planning: One full-day session per year (6–8 hours)
Additional Meetings & Events: Annual Meeting, new homeowner events, appreciation events, and social activities.
With preparation and follow-up, SRCA board members typically devote 10–15 hours per week to community service.
Candidates must have access to a home computer, internet, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
