AUDITION INFORMATION (16 Years and Up)

PLEASE NOTE: Auditions for performers ages 15 and under will be held at a later date. information and registration details will be announced soon.

Actors Theatre pays a modest, all-inclusive stipend for each production. Rehearsal and performance commitments vary by show; the stipend covers all rehearsals and performances. Should an actor have to miss a performance, their pay will be deducted by $25 per show.

Monologue

1. Please prepare a one-minute monologue in the style of the show you wish to be considered for.

2. If you would like to be considered for more than one show, you may prepare two contrasting monolgues of 45 seconds each.

3. Please be mindful of time.

4. We will cut you off after 1 minute for single show auditions.

5. We will cut you off after 1 minute and 30 seconds if presenting two monolgues for multi-show consideration.

Song

1. Please prepare two contrasting 30 second cuts of a song in a style appropriate to Newsies and Frozen.

Time will be monitored, so choose two clean 30-second cuts.

Dance

There will be an open dance call for Frozen and Newsies on Saturday, February 7 at 10:00 am.

Anyone 16 or older wishing to be considred for Frozen or Newsies should plan to attend.
