As part of the Youth Ministry Team, you will assist the youth to recognize the unique call of God on their life. You will strive to engage the youth in worship, bible study, prayer, and other spiritual exercises. And have fun doing it!

As part of the Youth Ministry team, you must be able to relate to young people, understand their needs and concerns, and be able to motivate them to reach their full potential. The work of a youth leader is incredibly rewarding, but it requires 100%

Being a part of the Youth Ministry team means you are committed to doing your best to be a godly example to the youth in all areas of your life and live a life above reproach. You are committed to abstain from all foul language, cursing, coarse joking, drunkenness, illegal drugs, and ALL forms of Sexual immorality. You are willing and committed to do your best not to cause a stumbling block for those who look up to you as an example. This also includes no drinking, smoking, or secular music around kids.

The duties of being a part of the Youth Ministry Team include, but are not limited to, the following:

Plan, direct, and conduct designated activities. Lead small group discussions. Maintain one-to-one contact with individual youth assigned to. Ex: Weekly check-ins, vía text/call. In person meetups. If possible, visit middle school and high school campuses for personal contact with students at school approved times. Utilize communication, leadership, team building, problem solving, & conflict

Attend monthly meetings and Team fellowship nights with fellow leaders. Stay spiritually strong in devotion with the Lord.
