This form helps us learn more about you and your business so we can prayerfully shape the event in alignment with the mission God has given us. SERVICE ONLY VENDORS: If selected, I understand I will pay a non-refundable vendor space fee of $50 to the Company of Women Fund, which will be used to support Kingdom-focused initiatives. (must select to be considered)

Would you be willing to donate one item from your business to be included in a promotional raffle on the day of the event? Products need to be dropped off to The Rock church offices prior to the event.
