Gulf & Gather Rental Co. – Terms & Conditions
Quote Request & Booking Process
Once the Customer submits the online Quote Request Form, Gulf & Gather will review the information and contact the Customer with an official rental quote, contract, and full terms & conditions.
No items are reserved until the Customer signs the contract and submits the required deposit. Availability is not guaranteed until both steps are completed.
Customers are encouraged to submit quote requests as early as possible, as rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Charcuterie Cart with Attendant requires a 72 hour notice to book.*
Rental Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve rental items.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
Once the final payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including customer cancellation.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit will be added to every rental and is due with the final payment.
The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after all equipment has been returned and inspected.
Any damage, loss, staining, or improper care may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit, plus additional repair or replacement costs if needed.
Inclement Weather & Unforeseen Events
In the case of severe weather or circumstances beyond the control of Gulf & Gather Rental Co., the Company may cancel the agreement without penalty to the Customer. A refund will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
If the Customer requests a last-minute weather-related cancellation, the Company will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits remain non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the Company.
Delivery & Pick-Up
Charcuterie Cart
Delivery and pick-up for the charcuterie cart are included at no additional cost, within the standard service area.
The cart will be delivered to the Customer’s designated address and picked up on the date and time specified in the rental form.
Tables, Chairs, & Tablecloths
If delivery is selected, Gulf & Gather will deliver the items to the Customer’s address and pick them up at the scheduled end time.
Delivery within Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, and Fairhope is included at no additional cost.
Delivery outside of these areas is available; however, an additional delivery fee will be assessed based on distance.
If the Customer chooses pick-up, detailed instructions for pick-up and return will be emailed once the rental is paid in full.
Customer Responsibilities
All rental items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
The Customer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Additional repair or replacement costs may apply.
The Customer may not sublease any rental items or use the equipment for illegal, hazardous, or unintended purposes.
Lost items, broken items, and irreversibly stained linens will result in additional charges.
