2) For Question 3, provide documentation, plans and/or photos of low carbon technologies and solutions used
3) For Question 4, provide documentation, declarations and/or photographs of low carbon concrete, alternative construction materials, recycled materials and/or sustainable products with at least SGBP 2 ticks or equivalent
4) For Question 5, provide energy consumption calculation per year (to include all equipment such as lightings, air-conditioning, escalator and lift, pumps etc), and actual energy bill
5) For Question 6, provide documentation of renewable energy generated vs energy usage for the project
6) For Question 7, provide schematic of sub-metering /and meters are linked to a energy monitoring system and dashboard
7) For Question 8, provide documentation of various alternative proposals to optimize the use of land
8) For Question 9, provide documentation on environment impact assessment (EIA), include relevant impact such as, but not limited to, soil contamination, air pollution, noise health effects, and ecology impacts, including endangered species, geological hazards, and water pollution
9) For Question 10, provide photos, evidence, calculation endorsed by QP (whichever is appropriate)
