Tuition & Payment
Tuition for After School and/or School Holidays for up to $2000 is due in full upon execution of this agreement. Tuition fees over $ 2000 can be paid in optional two (2) installments with the first installment considered a non-refundable deposit.
Should your plans change and you need to cancel up to 45 days before Spring 26 TOCA starts (deadline January 16th, 2026) we will refund 50% of the tuition (minus registration fee and any applicable, non-refundable credit card charges) if the tuition was paid in full. If the tuition was paid in installments, no further payment is required (the first installment, considered a deposit, is non-refundable).
Should your plans change and you need to cancel less than 45 days before Spring 26 TOCA starts or any time after the semester started and the tuition was paid in full, we are unable to refund any part of the tuition. If the tuition was paid in installments, full payment of the second installment is still required.
Suitable replacement - After School only:
Should your plans change and you need to cancel less than 45 days before Spring 26 TOCA starts, or any time after the semester started, you can have another parent/family take over your child’s After School spot, as long as you are solely responsible for all communications and financial negotiations/transactions with that parent/family. The parent/family taking over your spot still needs to register with us (and pay a registration fee, if new) and their child must fit any of the requirements (age, etc.) as all other registered After School students.
*** Important note about payments via credit card: Our payment gateway, does not refund processing fees (2.9% + $ 0.30); so if you need to cancel, or an error occurs during registration, one of which warrants a refund from TOCA, we are unable to refund the full amount, unless the refund is issued as a credit for future use or payment. ***
