After School

Spring 26 (March 2nd, 2026 - June 19th, 2026)

Mondays and Thursdays from 3:00pm-5:30pm. There is no after school on following school holidays:

April 2nd -10th (Spring Recess) • May 25th (Memorial Day) • June 4th (Chancellor's Day).

March 20th (Eid-al-Fitr) • April 2nd -10th (Spring Recess) • May 27th (Eid-al-Adha) • June 4th (Chancellor's Day) • June 5th (Clerical Day) • June 19th (Juneteenth).

Release of Liability

 

I acknowledge that TOCA is organized and always maintained  with the students’ safety and security a top priority, but accidents may happen. I understand that playgroup is held outside in a public park and that my child will be participating in physical outdoor activities (incl. running & climbing),  which may involve wood branches, sticks, stones and earth.

Regardless of any steps taken by TOCA to reduce the risks associated with outdoor activities, I knowingly and freely, assume all such  risks, both known and unknown, relating to my child’s care at TOCA.

In consideration of TOCA accepting this registration and  permitting the participation  of the above named child in such  activities, which I believe to be  educational, on behalf of myself and  my family, I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless TOCA, its employees, representatives and agents from any and  all claims,  actions and  liabilities arising out of or in connection with the above named child’s participation in any aspect of the activities provided, even in the  case of TOCA's negligence.

TOCA encourages all children and parents to adhere to all safety and health guidelines, as outlined  in TOCA’s Spring 2026 guidelines.

Tuition & Payment

 

Tuition for After School and/or School Holidays for up to $2000 is due in full upon execution of this agreement. Tuition fees over $ 2000 can be paid in optional two (2) installments with the first installment considered a non-refundable deposit.

Should your plans change and you need to cancel up to 45 days before Spring 26 TOCA starts (deadline January 16th, 2026) we will refund 50% of the tuition (minus registration fee and any applicable, non-refundable credit card charges) if the tuition was paid in full. If the tuition was paid in installments, no further payment is required (the first installment, considered a deposit, is non-refundable).

Should your plans change and you need to cancel less than 45 days before Spring 26 TOCA starts or any time after the semester started and the tuition was paid in full, we are unable to refund any part of the tuition. If the tuition was paid in installments, full payment of the second installment is still required.

Suitable replacement - After School only:
Should your plans change and you need to cancel less than 45 days before Spring 26 TOCA starts, or any time after the semester started, you can have another parent/family take over your child’s After School spot, as long as you are solely responsible for all communications and financial negotiations/transactions with that parent/family. The parent/family taking over your spot still needs to register with us (and pay a registration fee, if new) and their child must fit any of the requirements (age, etc.) as all other registered After School students.

 

*** Important note about payments via credit card: Our payment gateway, does not refund processing fees (2.9% + $ 0.30); so if you need to cancel, or an error occurs during registration, one of which warrants a refund from TOCA, we are unable to refund the full amount, unless the refund is issued as a credit for future use or payment. ***

Media Release

 

Photographs and videos are an essential part of TOCA; they help document the work we do and are important for all parents, new, current, or past, to get an idea of our work, the environment the children are in and their daily activities.

I do hereby consent and agree that TOCA has the right to take pictures and short videos of my child and use them on their own website and social media accounts without compensation. My child’s name and identity will not be revealed.

Enrollment & Participation

 

By enrolling my child in the TOCA Spring 26 program and remitting tuition fees, I acknowledge that participation equates to a membership arrangement, wherein regular attendance is expected. I understand that unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, illness or travel may occasionally prevent attendance. Our program operates on the understanding that tuition fees secure a place for the enrolled child, and the program incurs costs and commitments based on this enrollment. Therefore, missed days due to inclement weather, illness, travel, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons do not qualify for credits or refunds. We will offer make up sessions due to inclement weather cancellations and strive to offer a limited amount of make-up sessions for days missed due to illness. Please read the guidelines for specific information.

For ACH Bank Transfers - Square will not send instant payment receipts as ACH transfers take 3-5 days to clear.
