BOOTH DESCRIPTION

Booths in the Athletic Center and on the floor of Trent Arena are approximately 10' x 10'.
Booths on the upper track in Trent Arena are approximately 3.5' x 20'.
Items hand crafted by the exhibitor are preferred and will be given first priority. Exceptions are subject to the approval of the Fairmont Athletic Boosters.
You may NOT sublet your space
Electricity is not guaranteed.
No applications accepted without payment. All applications and payment must be submitted online.
No refunds for vendor cancellations will be made after October 15, 2026.
The show will sell out and a wait list will be established.

Confirmation, booth assignments and other pertinent information will be sent out in early October 2026 (if not sooner) by email. All email will come from fairmontcraftshow@gmail.com so please check your spam folders.

DEADLINES

Returning vendors must submit their applications online by April 15, 2026 to guarantee your same booth space as 2026.

NOTE: Returning vendors who request a different space for the 2026 Craft Show cannot be granted the new space unless the vendor that occupied that space in 2025 does not submit their 2026 application by April 15, 2026.
After the April 15th deadline, all spaces will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis.

The Kettering Fairmont Athletic Boosters Craft Show is primarily an arts and crafts show. I understand that Fairmont High School, the Fairmont Athletic Boosters, and any person acting on their behalf will not be held responsible for any item lost or damaged, or any personal injury of any kind. I also understand that all tax and legal responsibilities connected to the sale of items at the Fairmont Athletic Boosters Craft Show are the sole responsibility of the seller. By completing the statement below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all the rules and regulations listed herein as well as those distributed prior to or during set up or day of or during the Show.

Application payment

To pay by credit card: Finish completing this online form including the following credit card information and submit. We are requiring submissions of applications and payment online for the 2026 Craft Show. Applications by mail and/or payment by check will not be accepted. If you have questions, email fairmontcraftshow@gmail.com or call (937) 388-4255 and leave a message.

Note: If for some reason your application is unable to be accepted (i.e. the show is sold out or your product category is sold out) your fee will be refunded to your card and a credit notification will be sent to your email.
