Once I receive your inquiry, I will check my availability and reach out with any follow-up questions and ideas. Once I have an idea of your vision you will receive a quote. I typically respond within 24 hours. If you have not received an email in that time, please check your junk folder or feel free to message me through Facebook.
Pick Up Details:
All items are picked up from my home in Woodbridge. Pick up arrangements are discussed in detail a few days before your event. I do provide delivery for multi-tier cakes for a delivery fee based on mileage.
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required at booking with a full refund being issued up to 7 days prior to pickup date. A lot of prep work occurs before the finished product which means orders cancelled 6 days or closer to pickup date will not be refunded. Remaining balance is due 3 days prior to pickup. Failure to pay balance by this time will result in a cancelled order without refund of deposit.
Allergy/dietary disclaimer:
All goods are made in a kitchen which also produces products containing wheat, eggs, dairy, soy and nuts. I am not able to serve customers with severe food allergies. I also do not specialize in cakes free of gluten, dairy, sugar or eggs.
Refund policy:
Please be aware that my custom cakes are handcrafted and, as a result, I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges once an order has been accepted. Once the cake leaves my house, I cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur. It's important to remember that cakes are delicate and mishandling can lead to cracks, smudges, or melted frosting. When you pick up your order, you will receive instructions on how to safely carry, transport, and store your cake.
