• Comfortable with a month-to-month lease agreement.
• Renter’s insurance required, with Second Wind Living listed as additional insured.
• Please note: no pets and no indoor smoking allowed.

All utilities WiFi, water, and electricity are included for residents. Common areas come fully furnished to make life easier, while each resident has the freedom to furnish their own room to feel truly at home.
