1) Withdrawal eligible for REFUND: 2nd December 2025 (Tuesday). Withdrawal after the date above, regardless of any reason.

3) Last Event Withdrawal Date WITHOUT REFUND: 5th December 2025 (Friday).

4) Any withdrawals after the last withdrawal deadline without refund above, with or without notification, shall be deemed as "Did Not Start" (DNS).

5) A penalty of RM25.00 per event shall be imposed on any ‘DNS’ and payment must be made immediately before the swimmer’s next event.
