Description of activity being carried out: Walking around the farm, swimming in the lake and ponds, hiking, adventuring, climbing (and bouldering), and walking on rough terrain.
Dates of activity: 2025 - 2026
1. I hereby agree to visit Waterfall Farm completely at my own risk. Waterfall
Farm, its members, officers, employees, officials, volunteers, interns, and agents
are not responsible in any way for any loss, injury, theft of property,
damages to property, personal damages, or death that arise during my stay on the farm or that arise out of any activity associated my time on the farm.
2. I personally assume all risks of visiting Waterfall Farm, the activity and its
associated events. I also take full responsibility for my conduct and actions
including any injury to my person or dependants, theft, damage to property, loss
or death.
3. If a guardian signs on behalf of a minor, I further declare that I have been
informed that Waterfall Farm cannot be held liable for any accident, injury or loss
for my/our children. With my signature, I as parent/guardian confirm that the 
mentioned child (whose name is written above) is allowed to
visit Waterfall Farm and we fully accept the dangers and consequences of an
accident to our child/children visiting the property.
