HTDS utilizes Brightwheel (app & web) to issue invoices, process electronic payments, communicate with enrolled families, and collect documents. If your Enrollment Application is approved, you will receive an emailed notification of approval, followed by an emailed invitation to join Brightwheel. You will also receive electronic invoices for the required Registration Fee & required Deposit via Brightwheel.
Payment Selection*

I will submit electronic payment via Brightwheel for the 1) Non-refundable Deposit Fee (equal to one month's tuition; to be applied to January 2027 tuition) and 2) Non-refundable Annual Registration Fee ($100 for the first child, $75 for each additional child) upon receipt of emailed Enrollment Acceptance and emailed Brightwheel billing invitation.
